S & Partners was established in the year 2022 as a registered partnership firm under the auspices of the Sindh Bar Council. At inception, the firm brought together six dedicated and highly qualified legal professionals, each contributing diverse expertise to form a multidisciplinary legal practice. The vision behind S & Partners was to provide comprehensive, client-centric legal services rooted in professional excellence, integrity, and strategic insight.

The founding and senior-most partner, Mr. Pervez Mehmood - Late, played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s direction and reputation. A seasoned engineer by background, Mr. Mehmood transitioned into the legal field after obtaining his LL.B., bringing with him a unique blend of technical and legal knowledge. His niche specialization in engineering contract design, infrastructure project advisory, and arbitration made him a respected figure in both engineering and legal circles. Mr. Mehmood’s sudden and untimely passing in 2025 was a significant loss to the firm and to the broader professional community.

Currently, the firm operates under the leadership of three active partners who bring together a collective wealth of experience across a wide range of legal domains. The active partners possess deep expertise in:

  Though two of the original partners are currently non-active, the firm continues to uphold the highest standards of legal service.
