His core areas of expertise include Direct and Indirect Taxation, International Taxation, Labour and Employment Laws (with a focus on employer-side advisory), policy formulation related to human resource management, regulatory compliance under the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act (FERA), Banking Matters and Corporate Advisory matters pertaining to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

Syed Muhammad Riaz-ur-Rehman
